What's the deal?

The People and Organisational Development Graduate Program is based in Melbourne with the potential for a rotation in Sydney. This is a two year graduate program with up to three rotations through various areas such as Performance and Reward, Talent, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations and Graduate Management.

The program provides our graduates with tailored developmental opportunities from a strategic HR view as well as from an individual development perspective. The program features comprehensive induction, a buddy and mentoring program as well as the opportunity to get a holistic understanding of the HR business, meet other graduates and various senior business leaders. The program includes individual development training such as compliance, leadership, presentation skills as well as technical HR training.

You are studying either an HR or Psychology-related degree and have a strong passion for delivering change initiatives within a diverse HR environment. You have exceptional interpersonal skills, be a good team player, be results driven and have the confidence to use your own initiative where required. You challenge assumptions, are always looking for ways to make improvements and can collaborate effectively with members of your team.
