Recently, the Northern Territory's Traditional Credit Union Limited (TCU) won the 2008 Indigenous Governance Awards.
For over 13 years, the TCU has delivered quality financial services to remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. It provides financial services to over 13,000 customers via 13 branches.
Earlier this year, NAB announced that it will provide TCU with interest free loans of up to $1 million to help it grow its branch network and provide greater access to financial services for remote communities.
