Giving

NAB supports its people to make regular donations directly from their salaries to any Australian registered charity.

NAB's Workplace Giving program was launched in February 2007 and is run for the bank by Charities Aid Foundation. NAB covers all administration costs, allowing 100% of every donation made by its employees to be received by the nominated charity.

From 1 October 2009, NAB now matches all employee donations made via workplace giving, to the value of $1200 per employee annually.  The program provides a simple and tax effective way for our employees to participate in charitable giving, and the matching effectively doubles employees contributions.

Workplace giving goes hand in hand with our Volunteer Program in empowering our people to support the communities where we live and work.
