The process of crediting NAB customer balances which have been affected by delays experienced today is now underway. Customers of other banks, whose accounts have been affected should also be restored overnight.
We recognise the inconvenience this issue has caused some customers.
In light of this, NAB will have more than 100 branches open nationally tomorrow to assist customers impacted by today’s delays.
NAB also will have additional staff in its Customer Contact Centre over the weekend to answer customer queries.
For affected business bank customers, our bankers will be available over the weekend to respond to customer enquiries. Business bankers will be available in NAB branches which are opening extended hours. Our contact centres will also open over the weekend.
