From 27 May 2002, the National's new Financial Solutions Centre in Marrickville will provide a convenient one-stop shop for both personal and business customers. The Financial Solutions Centre Inner West will be located at 85-95 Marrickville Road, Marrickville.
"When a customer steps through the front door of the Financial Solutions Centre, every financial need will be satisfied under the one roof," said Regional Business Manager for the National, Mr Mark Hossen.
"The National has chosen the inner west region to open its first Financial Solutions Centre. The new premises are the culmination of a lengthy period of planning and research, incorporating customer feedback," said Mr Hossen.
The centre features:
- Business Banking Managers who are dedicated to serve both small and large businesses;
- Personal Bankers to assist home loan customers with tailored financial solutions;
- A retail outlet, opening in mid June, to cater for both personal transactions and business deposits. Business deposit customers will have a staff member dedicated to service their needs in this outlet;
- Private Bankers who will be available for Private Bank customers;
- An ATM for electronic transactions; and
- Secure customer car parking for added convenience.
"In addition, specialists in financial planning, risk protection and insurance will be available. Direct access will also be provided to business specialists such as Leasing, Treasury, Debtor Finance and International Trade," added Mr Hossen.
The National is making a significant investment in the inner west region. The Waterloo, Mascot and Leichhardt Business Banking Centres, together with the Burwood Business Centre that currently service the inner west will relocate to the new facility. Initially 100 employees will work from the Centre, however, additional staff positions will be created to meet increases in demand.
The National's branches at Leichhardt, Mascot and Waterloo will continue to be available for day to day transactions.
