Arranger and Lead manager, National Australia Bank Limited today priced the Interstar Millennium Series 2003-2 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Floating Rate Note issue:

The issue size has been finalised at $550m, reflecting strong investor demand for all classes. There were in excess of 30 investors who participated and all classes of notes were oversubscribed following the increase in the size of the issue from A$500m.
Settlement will occur on 14 May 2003.
