A fast and convenient transaction processing solution.
Your customers can pay for their purchases simply by tapping their Visa payWave or MasterCard® PayPass™ contactless cards on a NAB Contactless Reader. You will be able to reduce customer queues as transactions are usually processed quicker without the need for a PIN or signature. Alternatively, your customers can also dip or swipe their cards in the EFTPOS terminal to complete a purchase.
This solution is suitable for businesses with high-volume and low-value transactions such as retailers, and will particularly benefit cafes, convenience stores, supermarkets, fast-food outlets, video rental stores, or cinemas. For contactless transactions under $100, no signature or PIN is required for the cardholder to complete the purchase. Both you and the cardholder are protected against unauthorised use of the cards for those transactions.
