To maximise your security and prevent unauthorised access or fraud, National Online Business allows you to:
- appoint authorised users to limit access and payment approval
- allocate authorisation limits to control who authorises payments of large value
- choose between two methods of payment authorisation, either authorisation password or authentication device
- nominate one or more administrators to establish new users, change the level of access and reset passwords
- create multiple authorised operators
- bulk authorise payment instructions (for operators of password authorisation only)
- send and receive secure messages
You can control who uses National Online Business as each authorised operator requires a logon ID and a password. You can also restrict the functions individual operators can perform and which accounts they can access. For example, some authorised operators can be given access to reporting functions on selected accounts, while others have the authority to create payments.
