What do I need to get started?

To get started with NAB Internet Banking, you need:

At least one compatible NAB account

Compatible account include:

Your NAB ID

You can find your NAB ID on the back of your NAB card, above the magnetic strip.

Otherwise we will have given you your NAB ID in a branch.

One of these ways of identifying yourself
  • Your mobile phone if you’re registered for SMS security; or
  • Your mobile phone if you’ve provided it to us previously, or
  • Your NAB Telephone Banking password; or
  • Your temporary password (issued at a branch).
