Account Information
No more waiting for NAB Bank statements or NAB Online Trading CHESS statements to arrive in the mail. NAB Internet Banking lets you view your balance details and Share Portfolio Holdings at any time.

Viewing account summary |
View summary balances for all your linked accounts, as well as information on investments and insurance products. |

Viewing transaction history |
You can view transactions made by your linked NAB accounts for any period within the last 560 days.
NB: If you haven't stopped your paper statements you'll only be able to view up to 100 days of transaction history. In addition, you are able to export your transaction history information into applications such as, Microsoft® Money, Quicken®, MYOB® V2002, or into a spreadsheet for permanent storage on your computer. |

Stop payment of a cheque |
NAB Internet Banking now allows you to stop payment of a cheque or a range of cheques. Stopping payment of a cheque is easy. All you need is the account number and the cheque number/s that you would like to place the stop on. Note:

| Re-order a cheque or deposit book |
You can now re-order your cheque or deposit books for selected NAB accounts through NAB Internet Banking. Note:

Re-order statement |
Do you need a copy of your account statement? You can now order copies of your statements online and have them mailed to you. Simply select Re-order statement from the account info menu.

Statements |
Do you want to use NAB Internet Banking to view, download, and save your account statements from the last seven years? You can choose to receive your statements online or keep having them mailed to you. Just select Statements from the account info menu

Funds transfer
Funds transfer will allow you to make a transfer from your account to a single account or multiple accounts at NAB or any financial institution in Australia and selected beneficiaries overseas.
There are two types of funds transfers, a single Funds transfer and a Multiple funds transfer.
All transfers are subject to "daily transfer limits". Find out more.

| International funds transfer |
International funds transfer is an easy way to pay money to an overseas beneficiary. A fee of $22 is applicable to an International Transfer completed via NAB Internet Banking. Note: You must have pay anyone enabled and be registered for SMS Security before completing an International Transfer via NAB Internet Banking. |

| Personal loan redraw | Customers with unsecured variable-rate NAB personal loans are now able to redraw via NAB internet banking.
Redraw allows customers to withdraw funds from their loan if they have made additional payments. Amounts greater than $500, up to a maximum amount of $15,000 per transaction can be redrawn.

| Home loan redraw |
If you are ahead of your minimum repayments on your NAB variable rate home loan, you now have the ability to redraw funds through your NAB Internet Banking.
You can redraw between $2,000 and $80,000 for any personal use and the funds are available immediately. This option is accessible via the 'Funds Transfer' menu in Internet banking.
Note: Only loans with an approved redraw authority have access to this function.

Creating one off bill payments |
The bill payment function of NAB Internet Banking will let you make a one off bill payment to any biller participating in the BPAY® scheme. A full list of current billers can be viewed on the BPAY® website. Note: Some billers do not accept payments from credit card accounts via BPAY ®. Please check with the biller first. |

| Creating periodic bill payments |
You can set up a 'periodic' bill payment which will allow you to Schedule in advance any regular bill payments to any biller participating in the BPAY® scheme. If a particular biller does not appear on the Biller list, or participate in the scheme, you will not be able to use NAB Internet Banking to make your payment. If a biller you want to pay isn't on the list, why not ask them to join? All the major banks have information about joining this program or you can email NAB for further information. |

| BPAY ViewTM |
Do you want the convenience of receiving your bills electronically? A growing list of BPAY® billers now provide this service that include many telecommunications companies, councils and utilities. See if your biller is among those that currently provide the BPAY View facility. NAB offers this as a free service through Internet Banking, enabling you to:

| Transaction history settings | This feature allows you to permanently change (to a maximum of 100 days) the number of transaction history days that are automatically displayed when selecting transaction history from the account info menu. NAB Internet Banking has a built in, secure message function, allowing you to contact NAB without using the phone or even having to access your regular email service.
If you have an enquiry about your NAB account(s), or our Internet Banking service, you can send a message to us. You can easily see when we have responded to your message, as an indicator will alert you on your Account balance screen (eg. You have 3 new message(s)).
Specially trained staff will respond to your general enquiries and questions about NAB Internet Banking. However, you should contact us on 1300 651 656 or your Banker directly if you have more complex requirements.
