Fixed rate owner-occupied and residential investment home loans

A fixed rate on your home or residential investment loan that can provide you with certainty of fixed repayments.

  • No application or service fees are payable.

NAB FlexiPlus Mortgage

An all-in-one facility with a line of credit for personal and investment opportunities.

NAB Choice Package benefits:

  • Preferential rate discounted to the standard variable home loan rate (currently 0.15% less than the standard FlexiPlus Mortgage rate).
  • No application or service fees are payable.

NAB Overdraft Protection

An addition to your package that lets you access extra money through your everyday NAB transaction account.

NAB Choice Package benefits:

  • NAB Choice Package customers can apply for a NAB Overdraft Protection facility of up to $10,000 on each eligible NAB personal transaction account (subject to meeting normal credit assessment criteria)
  • No six monthly overdraft line fees.

Investment benefits

NAB Term Deposits

Provides a secure return on cash invested for a fixed period.

NAB Choice Package benefits:

  • Bonus margins: for term deposits, a bonus rate of either (1) 0.25% p.a. above rates for standard term deposits; or (2) 0.10% p.a. above rates for blackboard specials,for amounts between $5,000 to $250,000 for periods of 12 months or more will be paid.4

NAB Credit Card

A selection of credit cards with a range of features and benefits when the card is part of the NAB Choice Package. All cards have a minimum credit limit of $500, except for Gold cards which have a minimum limit of $5000.

  • A NAB Gold credit card free from the annual card fee.
  • A NAB Qantas Gold card free from the Annual card fee.

Loan, investment and credit card accounts are only treated as being part of your NAB Choice Package if the NAB Choice Package offer document that you sign specifies that they are included in your package. Each other product or service described in these terms and conditions is only included in your package if you ask us to include it when you apply for it.
