NAB is changing the way we are able to receive requests for releasing security over loans. In August we changed the way we receive Re-finance Discharge Requests.
Effective November 26 2007 we will no longer be able to receive requests for any Release of Security via our NAB Mortgage Call Centre.
All types of release of security must be submitted via the enclosed Letter of Instruction (LOI) for our Personal customers or via our customers appointed banker for Business customers.
Please take time to read the enclosed material, ensuring all details on the PDF form are fully completed or marked Not applicable (N/A). Any errors or omissions on the Letter of Instruction may impact the release of the security. Where ever possible please submit details to nab as soon as possible to assist in meeting settlement times.
