| Flexibility - giving you room to move |
NAB can offer a repayment holiday. If you're ahead in your scheduled repayments you can take a break to give you further flexibility with your finances. You may also be able to use redraw that allows you to withdraw extra money you've paid into your home loan (i.e. above the scheduled repayment). So you have convenient access to your money when you need it for things like a holiday, a car, renovations or school fees. |
| Deposit guarantee | A deposit guarantee acts as a convenient substitute to paying a cash deposit on your new home. It's ideal if you have your extra cash/savings tied up in other investments like a term deposit or shares. NAB Deposit Power Guarantee can be used for up to 10% of the property value to a maximum of $100,000. And it can be used for all or part of the deposit. You'll need to pay the full purchase price at settlement. |
