How long will it take?

Applying for a NAB Personal Overdraft online is easy and takes around 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

Information you'll need

 

  • Your email address so we can inform you about your application 
  • What you earn (wages, salary and other) and what you spend  
  • Employer details, e.g. name, address and phone number
  • Details of what you own (value of your home, car and other assets) and what you owe (amount owing on your loans, credit cards or store cards)
  • Your driver's licence number
  • Refer to the detailed list of documents required
  • Before you apply for a personal overdraft it's a good idea to check your finances with our budget planner.

After you submit your application
  • You will receive an email within 60 seconds to confirm we have received your application 
  • You will receive a phone call from NAB to let you know if your application has been approved and what the next steps are to verify your application details and how to access your loan funds
