Applying for NAB smart everyday banking
| Checklist: What do I need to know before applying? |
- You must be over 18 to apply online
- If applying for a joint account, you'll need their details too
- Your NAB smart everyday account includes a NAB Visa Debit card. If you're new to NAB order your card at the branch when you're completing your identity checks
- You can also apply for a savings account
- Online applications are protected by encryption

| What happens after I submit my application online? |
- You'll receive an automatic confirmation email
- Check the mail within 5-7 working days for your Welcome Pack, including your account details and other information you should know
- Not an existing NAB customer? You'll need to visit your nearest NAB branch to complete the standard ID checks
