Transfer your investments to your NAB OnLine Trading account
If you want to trade your existing shares, options or warrants via your NAB OnLine Trading account, you will need to transfer your existing investments. There are two ways to do this.
Broker to Broker Transfer Request Form (PDF)
Use this form to transfer your investments from your previous broker to us.
Issuer Sponsored Holdings to CHESS Sponsorship Conversion Form (PDF)
Use this form to transfer your investments held with the original issuer to us. The term ‘Issuer’ refers to shares that are not sponsored with a broker, but by the Company issuing the shares.
Change ownership of your investments
Off Market Transfer Form (PDF)
Use this form to transfer ownership (off market) of an investment to another person or company.
Essential information for Trading Options and Warrants
Exchange Traded Options Product Disclosure Statement (PDF)
This outlines important information about exchange traded options (ETOs), including any fees that apply and the benefits and risks of the product. You must read this document prior to transacting options through us.
Exchange Traded Options Client Agreement Forms (PDF)
To activate options trading, you must have an existing trading account. You are required to read our ETO Product Disclosure Statement and the ASX Options Explanatory Booklet prior to trading options.
Spread Trading Kit (PDF)
To activate spread trading, please complete all of these forms. If you are already an options client, you only need to complete the Auto Exercise Agreement Form. You are required to read our ETO Product Disclosure Statement and the ASX Options Explanatory Booklet and the ASX Options Strategies Booklet prior to trading option strategies.
Warrant Client Agreement Form (PDF)
To activate warrants trading, you must have an existing trading account. You are required to read the ASX Warrants Explanatory Booklet prior to trading warrants.
Partly Paid Securities Form (PDF)
To activate trading in Partly Paid Securities.
Additional Services
Authorised Representative Authority Form (PDF)
To nominate an individual to have full authority on your account.
Change of Information Service level Form (PDF)
To change your information service level or to add additional services to Professional.
Linking a NAB Equity Lending Facility to a trading account (PDF)
To link your existing trading account or establish a new trading account linked to your NAB Equity Lending Facility (for existing NAB OnLine Trading clients only).
NAB Cash Manager Beneficiary Form for Trust Accounts (PDF)
Complete this form if you are establishing a NAB OnLine Trading account and wish to open a NAB Cash Manager account on behalf of your Trust.
