Accessing Your NAB OnLine Trading Account

Online access

You can access your NAB OnLine Trading account at nab.com.au/trading using your NAB Identification Number and NAB Identification Password. If you are a NAB customer you should already have these.

Your NAB Identification Password is also known as your Telephone Banking Password. Please note that your NAB Internet Banking Password will not allow you to access NAB OnLine Trading.

You will also be provided with a Trading PIN which allows you to authorise each order you place via NAB OnLine Trading. You can change this Trading PIN online and amend your contact details at nab.com.au/trading at any time.

If you have access to NAB Internet Banking, a summary of your NAB OnLine Trading portfolio will be shown with your bank account information when you login. With NAB Internet Banking, you can view both your share portfolio and bank accounts at the same time, but NAB OnLine Trading transactions can only be made when logged into the NAB OnLine Trading nab.com.au/trading site.

Telephone service identification

For added security, you will be asked to specify a Client Keyword when you apply for access to NAB OnLine Trading. Your Client Keyword is a verbal password which is only used to identify you to a Client Service Officer when you call the Client Service Centre on 13 13 80 (8am-7pm Mon-Fri AEST).

This keyword is not used to log into the website. Your Client Keyword along with your NAB Identification Number can be used to arrange transactions over the phone on 13 13 80 (8am-7pm Mon-Fri AEST).
