MLC Investments Limited is the responsible entity for the MLC MasterKey Unit Trust and MLC MasterKey Cash Management Trust and is entitled to fees for so acting. MLC has an interest in the success of the offer of units in the Trusts as it beneficially own units in each of the respective trust funds.
