In my current role as an Agile coach, I have the opportunity to coach people from across the business making them understand that agility is not about technology but about how they can adapt to change.
We get people to put customers first and solve problems keeping the end user in mind. When we bring the customer perspective to the forefront, our teams design solutions which make the complex interactions simple.
In my experience, diversity at NAB is spread throughout the business and it’s fascinating to work with people from various backgrounds. People have been keen to learn about myself and my culture which makes me feel supported, connected and a part of the NAB family.
I think there are plenty of opportunities at NAB and there is always something new to try here.
