NAB today announced the launch of a new NAB flybuys Rewards Card, as the only major bank helping customers make the most of the newly reinvigorated flybuys rewards program – which enables customers to earn more points and more rewards in more places.
NAB flybuys Rewards Card customers will have the ability to earn one point for every dollar they spend on their card on everyday purchases, in addition to points earned through their flybuys membership at participating partners.

NAB is giving eligible new customers 10,000 flybuys bonus points towards their flybuys membership, with a NAB flybuys Rewards Card.

The Card also offers a range of complementary insurances, including Overseas Travel Insurance, great for customers taking advantage of flybuys new travel offers from Webjet. Michael says NAB is committed to giving honest advice about how credit cards work and encouraging customers to choose the product best suited to their needs.
“Rewards cards are best suited to credit card customers who value rewards, regularly spend at least $1000 monthly and pay their statement balance at the end of each month.
“NAB also offers a low rate credit card, best suited to customers working to reduce their credit card balance and a low fee credit card for those who use their card infrequently,” he said.
NAB has led the industry in making credit cards fairer and more transparent, which Michael says gives customers even more reason to switch their banking to NAB.
“We’ve abolished credit card overlimit fees, dropped late payment fees to $5 and reinvented the way we allocate customer payments, so that higher rate transactions like cash advances are paid before purchases.
“These changes that are saving our customers a collective $60 million per year,” said Michael.
