Customers affected by the floods are eligible for support and are encouraged to contact their branch or local business banker to discuss their individual circumstances.

NAB’s Queensland State General Manager Russell Jansen said that NAB is committed to supporting customers and employees who have been affected by the recent floods.

“We understand that at times like this our customers and our staff need our support, which is why we have established an assistance package for affected customers,” Mr Jansen said.

Impacted NAB and Homeside customers are eligible for a range of relief measures including:

  • Suspension of home loan repayments
  • Waive home loan and personal loan fees and charges
  • Waive costs and charges for withdrawing term deposits early
  • Provide credit card and personal loan relief where appropriate
