Name: Anna Glynn
Your role: Sales Enablement Manager
Region: Docklands, Victoria
What’s your story?
Taking part in a six week secondment in Kununurra as part of NAB’s partnership with Jawun has been life changing for me. I worked with Aboriginal not-for-profit arts centres, and learnt and achieved more during this short time frame than I ever could have imagined.
How have you made a difference?
During my secondment, I used my experiences from working with my clients to support the development of business plans focused on ensuring the survival and success of these incredibly valuable organisations well into the future. Since returning, I have shared my learnings with my colleagues and the businesses I work with. The experience has enabled me to have much deeper and incredibly valuable conversations by sharing different perspectives and highlighting what can be achieved with very limited resources and support. This has challenged our businesses and encouraged them to aim even higher.
What are you passionate about?
I love supporting people to achieve their goals and seeing them unlock their potential. I do this by uncovering where clients are currently at, where they would like to get to, and then by building a plan together so they can take charge to close this gap.
