What’s your story?
I joined NAB back in 2007 on a short three month contract. I wasn’t sure that working for one of the big four banks would be a fit for me (as I’m a tad ‘hippy’ in values!), but it turns out that NAB was an excellent fit and I have been here loving it ever since.
How have you made a difference?
I’ve grateful to have worked in a few different jobs at NAB. I’ve worked in Shared Services, Management Assurance and now Marketing. This has, in part, been enabled by fantastic leaders that saw something in me that I didn’t see, I’ve been challenged, supported and stretched and continue to be in my role now. I love NAB for the opportunities it provides our people, for the compassionate support during hard times and really seeing their people as the assets that they are. I’m now paying it forward and back in my own way. I like to make a difference by helping others to see themselves and their strengths clearly and to achieve their goals.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about doing the right thing, by our customers, our people and our community. If you see something that isn’t working, fix it, don’t walk passed it or wait for someone else. I’m passionate about my family, they are my mojo and where I recharge at the end of the day.
