What’s your story?
I started with NAB 9 years ago in the customer contact centre, which provided me with amazing opportunities to speak with our customers and learn what financial success means to them. NAB has been great at providing avenues for growth by enabling me to train new staff and a lead a team. I’ve helped my staff to progress in their career and have introduced them to new technology to make their lives easier.
How have you made a difference?
Within my role now, managing change, I have been able to use what I have learnt from listening to customers to drive the right kind of change for our customers and staff. This has ranged from understanding what services our customers want to access in different ways, expanding these to allow customers to do their banking in their desired way and to setting up mentoring opportunities for new staff in the contact centre to understand where they can progress within NAB.
What are you passionate about?
I am incredibly passionate and proud of the Diversity and Inclusion work that NAB employees take part in. Our Connecting Women in Technology program, NABility (looking beyond disability to ability for our employees, customers and communities) and our Pride@NAB programs ensure that NAB has an amazing, inclusive and safe culture.
