What’s your story?
I am a proactive, well organised and customer focussed person who always works to achieve the best outcome. I go out of my way to help my colleagues and peers. I have worked for different banks but NAB has given me the best opportunities to improve my skills and take pride in the work I do. I am very grateful for that.
How has NAB made a difference?
A colleague of mine approached me regarding two exceptions that she had received which had delayed customer sign-up. Despite the busy mailboxes that I was managing, I helped her by explaining what the exceptions were and how these exceptions could be avoided in the future. I also made sure the request was escalated so that the Banker could meet the customer’s expectations.
I also make use of the volunteer days which NAB provides to make a difference to the communities that need our help.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping others in both my professional and personal lives to achieve the best outcomes. I am a family person and enjoy spending time with my family. My passion is cooking and I like trying new dishes and always bring my food to work to share with my team!
