What’s your story?

I’m an intrapreneur helping tech companies come to Australia and develop and strengthen fintech partnerships for NAB. I joined NAB after building a successful business with my brother and building seven other startups before that all had failed. My business experience has taught me that positivity is a must and embracing disruption is how large companies can succeed.

How have you made a difference?

My role is all about disrupting the existing business models of banking and partnering with companies who think differently. Challenging the status quo is not easy, but it’s what gives our customers new solutions that they previously didn’t have access to, which is the difference I have brought to NAB.

Spreading this message through public speaking (which I learned at NAB Toastmasters) has been the best way to communicate the power of not being afraid of innovation. Embracing our fears is how we can all make a difference.

What are you passionate about?

My two line vision for my life is: To inspire the world through entrepreneurship and personal development. I’ve used this vision for my life to write regular blogs every week that help millions of people. I now reach more than 30 million readers a month and I absolutely love spreading positivity.
