I'm a NAB customer. How do I take part in these ticket offers?

At this time, the NAB reserved ticket offers are only available to selected NAB customers. Customers will be contacted via email directly with offers.

If I receive a unique code for tickets, am I guaranteed a reserved ticket?

We cannot 100% guarantee as there are a limited number of tickets – and they're available on a first come, first serve basis. So to make sure you have the best possible chance of securing a ticket, just follow these steps:

  • Register for your code early
  • Make sure you're a member of the relevant ticket provider and that you've signed in before the ticket sale starts
  • Make sure you log on to the ticketing provider to access your tickets as soon as they go on sale
  • Have your credit card ready to make the payment

These steps will give you the best chance of securing your ticket, but is not a guarantee.

Are there good seats available within the NAB reserved tickets offers?

There sure are. We've managed to secure some great seats in all of the price categories– so regardless of what your budget is, you'll still get a great view of the show. Tickets are strictly limited though – so make sure you get in quick.

Will I need a Ticketing account to purchase tickets?

If the ticket for your specific event is sold by Ticketek, Ticketmaster or any other ticketing agency, you will need an account already set up with the relevant ticket agency. So if you don't already have an account, make sure you register for one beforehand– and that you're logged in before the NAB reserved tickets go on sale.

Can I buy NAB reserved tickets over the phone?

Unfortunately not – all NAB reserved tickets must be purchased online through the ticket provider.

Can I register more than once?

Only one registration will be accepted per customer. If you register more than once, we will use your latest registration.

Help, I've purchased the wrong tickets! Can I return them or exchange them for others?

See terms of the ticket agency. Unfortunately we can't offer any exchanges or refunds, the ticket agency's terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased – so make sure you double check which tickets you've selected before you complete your purchase.

The event I have purchased tickets to has been cancelled. How are cancellations, postponements and artist venue changes handled?

Occasionally, events are cancelled by the promoter, band or venue. Should this occur, the ticketing agent will be in contact regarding refunds. Refunds are processed on their behalf by the ticketing agency you bought your tickets through.
