Disabling your 4-digit passcode

It's important that if you lose your phone or it's stolen, you make sure you disable your 4-digit passcode as soon as you can.

You can disable your 4-digit passcode in Login & security under Profile on the NAB Mobile Banking app or the Security section of NAB Internet Banking. If you don’t have online access, give us a call on 13 22 65 and we can do it over the phone.
