Things to know about regular BPAY® payments

  • You can’t set up regular BPAY® payments if your bill has a Variable Customer Reference Number (vCRN) or Intelligent Customer Reference Number (iCRN). These reference numbers change with each bill. An iCRN also requires you to pay the exact amount due and/or by the due date only.
  • If you have a regular payment and change your bank account details or your card expiry date changes, it’s your responsibility to tell the biller.
  • Keep copies of all regular payments and notifications you sent payees asking them to change your account details or cancel payments.
