SMS Security authorisation limit
The SMS Security authorisation limit allows you to transfer funds for small amounts without the need to receive and enter an SMS authorisation code for each payment. This means, when making a payment instruction that is less than the authorisation limit, you will be able to authorise the transaction using just your Internet Banking password.
The authorisation limit is currently set at $300 per day and applies to the total cumulative value of all payment instructions you submit that are to non-linked accounts on any given day.
Note: This limit may change from time to time to improve customer security and provide greater convenience. To discuss your authorisation limit call the NAB Internet Banking Support Team.
