Your Platinum Concierge
The Platinum Concierge Service is a complimentary service available to our NAB platinum and premium cardholders, from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Platinum Concierge Service is great for travellers. With it, you can plan out your entire trip, as well as book all your flights and accommodation.
And in case things go wrong (which can happen), we can also help organise medical or legal services while you travel. We even offer emergency interpretation assistance, useful in sticky situations.
The fun doesn’t have to stop when you’re back home. Your Concierge can offer you many types of assistance locally, including:
- finding, booking, and delivering tickets for live music, sports, and shows
- car and limousine rentals
- flower delivery
- reservations at health clubs, golf clubs, and hotels
- restaurant recommendations and bookings, and much more.

Your concierge will strive to secure the best bookings available, according to your specific requests and price range.
While the service is complimentary for NAB platinum and premium cardholders (and any additional cardholders), you’ll still have to pay for the goods/services purchased through the concierge, as well as:
- any deposits paid
- costs of cancellation
- delivery/shipping costs
- custom duties and import taxes.
Before your concierge finalises your plans, they’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown of all costs involved in your purchases. To make things easier, once you’ve agreed to all costs and plans, your concierge will charge them to your platinum or premium card account, so you don’t have to do a thing.
