From 18 April 2024, we’re making changes to personal credit cards and some updates to the terms and conditions.

  • Log into the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking.

  • For NAB app users go to New account, then 'Credit Cards'.

  • For Internet Banking users go to Products, then ‘Credit Cards’.

Save time and use your NAB Internet Banking login to pre-fill your personal and financial information (this may include debts you have with other financial institutions).

  • You can find your NAB ID on the back of your NAB card or in your NAB app under My Details.

Be prepared and have the following documents and information ready before you start your application.

  • Maximum credit limit you would like to apply for.

  • Employment details for the past three years.

  • Your financial information - income, assets, debts and expenses.

  • Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number if you’re an existing member (located on a recent statement from Qantas or on your Qantas card).

  • Proof of income (such as payslips or bank statements).

New

Be prepared and have the following documents and information ready before you start your application.

  • At least one form of ID (Australian driver’s licence, Medicare card, Australian passport or international passport).

  • Maximum credit limit you would like to apply for.

  • Employment details for the past three years.

  • Your financial information - income, assets, debts and expenses.

  • Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number if you’re an existing member (located on a recent statement from Qantas or on your Qantas card).

  • Proof of income (such as payslips or bank statements).

How to apply

Apply online today and start using your card in a few easy steps.

Step 1. Applying online is easy

Allow up to 15 minutes to complete the application form and get a response in 60 seconds.

Step 2. We’ll verify your application

If you’re conditionally approved, we may ask you for additional information or documentation, such as payslips or bank statements.

Step 3. Receive and activate your card

If approved, your physical card will arrive at your residential address within five to seven working days, or up to ten working days if you requested the card be sent to a branch. Activate and set up your new card using the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking.
