Steps to change your PIN

Instructions for mobile devices

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.

  2. If using an Android phone, tap the Menu icon.

  3. Tap Cards or My cards if using an Android phone.

  4. Tap the card you want to change the PIN for.

  5. Tap Change your PIN.

  6. Enter your new four-digit PIN.

  7. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

  8. A verification code will be sent via SMS to your registered number.

  9. Enter the security code, then tap Continue.

  10. Your PIN has now been changed.

NAB Internet Banking

Instructions for web browsers

  1. Log into NAB Internet Banking with your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password.

  2. Tap Cards.

  3. Tap the card you want to change the PIN for.

  4. Tap Change your PIN.

  5. Enter your new four-digit PIN.

  6. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

  7. A verification code will be sent via SMS to your registered number.

  8. Enter the security code, then tap Continue.

  9. Your PIN has now been changed.
