Rachel Slade was appointed as Group Executive, Business and Private Banking in April 2024. Prior to this, Rachel was Group Executive Personal Banking. She joined NAB in 2017 as Executive General Manager Deposits and Transaction Services and was subsequently Chief Customer Experience Officer. Prior to joining NAB, Rachel held several senior positions at Westpac, including in Global Transactional Services and in the Retail and Business divisions. Rachel has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) with Business Law from Macquarie University. She is a graduate of the Women’s Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
