Group Executive, People and Culture
Sarah White was appointed as Group Executive, People and Culture in August 2023. Having worked at NAB in a variety of roles for over 30 years, Sarah has a deep understanding of the company, its culture, and its people. She was previously Chief of Staff at NAB from February 2018. As the key advisor to the NAB Group CEO, Sarah played a strategic role in the development and execution of the bank’s strategy and key initiatives. Previously, she also held senior roles within the People and Culture division, including Executive General Manager, Talent and Leadership, accountable for the design, development and execution of NAB’s talent management and leadership strategies.
