How long does it take for my card to arrive?

Once your application is approved, your card will be delivered to the nominated address in 7 to 10 days. You will receive your PIN in a separate letter 3 to 5 days after the card arrives. You'll need the PIN to make purchases with the physical card that are $100 or more. Once you receive your physical card in the mail, all you will need to do is sign the back of the card.

When can I start using my card?

Once approved, you can start making in-person contactless purchases and ATM withdrawals, before you receive your physical card. To set this up, log in to your NAB app using your personal NAB Identification Number (NIN), select the Business Visa Debit Card you are looking to use, and add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Note, you cannot use digital wallets for online purchases.
