Communicating electronically

By submitting this application, you agree that:

  • We may send information about your application and your facility by email or SMS.
  • We can give you information relating to your application and facility electronically (including terms and conditions, statements notices and servicing messages):
    • by email to your email address you gave us in your application, or
    • by a hyperlink (within an email to your email address or an SMS message to your mobile telephone number you gave us in your application).
  • When we send you documents electronically, you may not receive paper copies.
  • NAB recommends you print and save important information.
  • You’ll need to regularly check for electronic communications from us.
  • You can request a paper copy of the information for seven years from the time the information is given by contacting us on 13 10 12.
  • You can cancel this agreement to get information electronically from us by contacting us on 13 10 12.
  • You can change your email address or contact phone number at any time by contacting us on 13 10 12.
  • The email address and mobile telephone number you give us in your application will replace any previous contact details provided to NAB for the purposes of electronic communications.
