If you’ve registered to receive your statements Online Only, we’ll send you an email each time a new NAB Smart Statement is available in Internet Banking.

10. I’ve registered for Smart Statements, but I’m still getting a paper statement?
You could still be receiving paper statements for a few reasons:

i) If you have a Joint Account, the other account holder will need to set their statements to Online Only as well.

ii) It can take up to one statement cycle for the system to stop printing your statements.
