If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud or a scam and are worried about your account security, we can help.

Report a suspicious message

Never respond to or open a suspicious text or email. Forward suspicious emails to phish@nab.com.au and then delete.

Please forward suspicious text messages to 0476 220 003 (047 NAB 0003) and then delete. You won’t receive a personal response from either phish@nab.com.au or from 0476 220 003.

Report a lost or stolen card 

Get in touch with us as soon as you realise your card is lost or stolen. You can also place a temporary block on your card while we investigate it for you.

  2. Select the menu option most appropriate for your situation.

How to report suspicious text messages

iPhone

 
  1. Tap and hold your finger on the message until the option Copy/More appears.

  2. Select More then tap the Share/Forward arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Type '0476 220 003' as the recipient, and press Send.

  4. Delete the original and forwarded versions of the message.

Android

 
  1. Tap and hold your finger on the message until a menu appears.

  2. Select Forward, type '0476 220 003' as the recipient, and press Send.

  3. Delete the original and forwarded versions of the message.
