What to expect after you apply
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your application reference number.
- If the account isn’t opened within 1–2 business days, we’ll contact you as we may need to verify information, such as your business details.
- Once verification is complete, we’ll open your new business bank account.
- Your account details will be emailed to your nominated email address.
- If you’re a new business customer, your NAB Business ID will be sent via SMS. You can then register for NAB Internet Banking and access your new account via the NAB app.
