Lost your card?
Set up a temporary block if your card is lost or reactivate it with a few simple steps. Here's how.
Log into the NAB app on your device.
Tap My cards in the bottom menu.
Tap the card you want to block.
Beside Block card, tap the toggle switch to temporarily block your card.
Read the message that pops up, then tap Confirm.
The status of your card will change to Blocked.
Your card has been temporarily blocked.
Simply press the toggle switch again to unblock.
