About the virtual Annual General Meeting
In light of circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, NAB’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 18 December 2020 was a virtual meeting with shareholders to attend online.
This decision is consistent with the relief provided by the Federal Treasurer for the conduct of virtual shareholder meetings.
