Natural disaster support
If you’re affected by the current natural disaster unfolding in Queensland and New South Wales, please call the Merchant Help Desk on 1300 369 852 at any time. Alongside waiving your merchant terminal fees for three months, we have bankers who can look at your circumstances and see how we can best help you.
If your terminal is damaged or lost due to the floods, we’ll replace it with no charge. Please note, that there may be some delay in replacing your terminal due to the floods.
If your terminal is inoperable, due to the floods, you can continue to transact by calling the Voice Auth line on 13 25 15. No need for vouchers or paperwork. You’ll need your store number which, if you don’t know, you can get after proper verification, by calling the Merchant Help Desk on 1300 369 852.
