Risk

Our Risk team is responsible for setting NAB’s risk appetite, providing a foundation for effective risk management and promoting a strong risk culture across NAB. Risk helps our colleagues to do the right thing by our shareholders, customers and community to ensure our business is sustainable for the long term.

Finance

This team is responsible for NAB Group's finance activities, strategic agenda, investor relations, debt funding, interest rate risk management, capital management, global taxation, audit and economic research. The team also manages NAB’s liquidity, capital, funding and balance sheet management through Treasury.  

People and Culture

The People and Culture team are the custodians of the colleague experience. They act as key advisers across NAB, creating value by investing in our people, building a strong culture and delivering simple, memorable colleague experiences that support meaningful careers.

Enterprise Operations

Our Enterprise Operations team are fundamental to NAB’s ability to operate safely, fairly and with integrity. By managing critical enterprise services such as payment operations, customer support channels, procurement, property and financial crime risk, the team protect our customers, strengthen the business and ensure we meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Transformation

The transformation team plays a critical role in enabling the delivery of NAB’s strategy.  With a strong focus on simplicity, modern technology and long-term change, the team helps strengthen NAB’s ability to deliver great experiences for our customers.

Group Chief Operating Office

The Group Chief Operating Office unites teams focused on customer experience, complaints, hardship support and the Office of the Customer Advocate, alongside Group Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Governance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Remediation and Climate. Together, these teams help NAB operate responsibly and ensure our customers remain at the heart of every decision.

BNZ

The bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is a subsidiary of the NAB Group. With more than 5,000 colleagues across New Zealand, BNZ supports customers across Personal, Business and Agri banking, as well as Private Wealth clients. Like NAB, BNZ is committed to supporting customers and helping communities thrive.
