NAB Innovation Centre India (NICI), based in Gurugram, Haryana, supports NAB to deliver faster, better and more personalised experiences for our customers and colleagues. Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities.
NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam (NICV) connects the technology talent of Vietnam to NAB to help us deliver great digital experiences and together improve the lives of those in the Vietnam technology community. Based in Ho Chi Minh City and expanding to Hanoi capital, we provide the local technologists the chance to work closely with our teams in Australia and global partners to utilise modern technologies that help us create great experiences for our customers.
We are focused on driving day to day performance excellence. Our Operations team brings together specialist support services that allow NAB to deliver exceptional customer service on a large scale. Our team of operations specialists focus on payments, settlements, loan servicing, workforce performance, as well as sourcing for NAB.
Together, our Operations team provides world-class settlements, reconciliation, and payments processing, ensuring we are serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper.
Our Technology team is an industry leader in cloud capability. NAB has provided cloud training to more than 7000 colleagues and has more AWS and Microsoft Cloud certifications of any company in Australia and New Zealand outside of the cloud companies themselves. Our cloud-first strategy is integral to NAB delivering new and innovative solutions at pace to our customers. Ensuring our customers and colleagues are safe online is our priority.
Our team includes cloud services, cyber security, data engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning and technical architecture. The team is integral to building the foundations which will allow us to rapidly scale, grow our businesses, and deliver value for our people and customers.
Together, our Technology and Cyber Security teams ensure that more than 2000 technology services remain protected and are available to service our customers.
