In December 2019, as part of our obligation and commitment to paying our colleagues correctly, we announced the establishment of an end-to-end Payroll Review examining:
- our internal pay processes; and
- our compliance with pay-related obligations under Australian employment laws.
The Review is being led by King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) and supported by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The Review is comprehensive and complex, with the investigation of a number of matters completed in 2020 and continuing in 2021. The Review is focusing on the period from 1 October 2012 onwards and is applicable to Australian-based colleagues (including those working overseas).
We take paying our colleagues their entitlements extremely seriously. Rest assured, we’re taking decisive action to fix any problems that are identified.
What about former NAB colleagues?
If you’ve worked at NAB at any time from 1 October 2012 and you’re eligible to receive a remediation payment as a result of the Review, we will contact you.
If your contact details have changed since you worked at NAB, please update the Payroll Governance Team on 1800 956 555 from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT).
