Extra Care support from NAB and our trusted partners - NAB

What is Extra Care?

Extra care is the dedicated support that NAB and our trusted partners can provide when you're experiencing challenging personal circumstances.

Anyone can find themselves needing extra care. Whether you're dealing with mental health challenges, unemployment, domestic and family violence, financial abuse or other personal difficulties, we're here to help.

Reaching out is free and confidential. It won’t affect your banking with NAB and is a step towards getting the help you need. In some cases, we may connect you with trusted referral partners to help you get the support that’s right for you.

Support that extends beyond banking

We can work with you to understand your situation and consider which form of Extra Care support may be available, depending on your circumstances.
