If it’s hard to access your banking online or in branch, we can help.
Call us to:
- Open a bank account
- Check how much money you have
- Reset your internet banking password
- Learn how to use internet or phone banking
- Report a lost or stolen card
- Stop payments you don’t want
- Prove who you are

Financial assistance
If you’re worried about paying back things like a home loan or credit card, we can help. You can ask for:
- A temporary break from payments
- A plan to pay in smaller, easier amounts

- Log on to message us in NAB Internet Banking or the NAB app to request help.
No interest loans
If you have a low income we can help with no interest loans.
These loans can help pay things like:
- Household items (like a fridge or washing machine)
- Car repairs
- Medical or dental costs
- School expenses

- Ask a community member, community organisation, a money support worker or an Elder for assistance if calling is hard.
- We can work with your financial counsellor.
