We have a responsibility to our customers to protect their money and personal information. We also have an obligation to our customers and the wider community, in Australia and beyond, to do the right thing. And we take this very seriously.

Sometimes we may contact you to check that we have the most up-to-date information. Why? Because we’re legally required to do so and it helps us to prevent fraud.

If you have received an email, SMS or message via NAB Internet Banking, you will need to complete the pre-populated e-form via your secure Mailbox message ‘keeping your information safe’.

It’s important that you do this promptly to avoid hearing from us further. If we don’t receive a completed form from you, a member of our team will contact you to assist.
