Setting up Quick Balances

You can view the balances of your accounts without logging into your NAB Internet Banking app each time.

Follow these steps to set up Quick Balances:

  1. After logging in tap "More" from the menu within your NAB Internet Banking app
  2. Then tap “Settings"
  3. Under "Log in and Security" select " Quick Balance" then tap “Turn on Quick Balance”
  4. Then select the accounts you’d like to see

You have now activated Quick Balances for your selected accounts. These Quick Balances can now be displayed on the login page of the app. To view your balances simply swipe left on the login page. Quick Balances also shows on any paired Apple Watch.

Setting up your 4-digit passcode

You can set up a 4-digit passcode on your NAB Internet Banking app.

Follow these steps to setting up a 4-digit passcode:

  1. After logging in, go to “Menu”.
  2. Select: “Security”.
  3. Select: “Login with 4-digit passcode”.
  4. You'll be asked to set and confirm your 4-digit passcode.

You can change your passcode from the same menu.


  • Make sure your 4-digit passcode is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
  • Don’t use numbers that represent your date of birth, part of your phone number or any other card PINs.
  • You cannot use the same number (4444) or consecutive numbers (1234).
